We only work with investors, but we work with investors on all aspects of real estate investments from acquisition to renovation to leasing/renting and holding to selling.
Full service means full service. We can assist you in evaluating and inspecting properties, all phases of acquisition and all levels of renovation from small maintenance to demo and new construction as well as everything in between. We can lease and properly manage your property and portfolio. We can pay your local property taxes, put utilities in our name during vacancies, help you obtain and maintain certificate of occupancies (or compliance) and rental registrations. Our extensive network of contacts including title companies, appraisers, home inspectors, real estate lawyers, CPA’s, mortgage brokers, hard money lenders, tax advisors, insurance brokers, home warranties and on and on and on. When we say full service we really mean it.
Finally had enough of the property manager who doesn't communicate, answers every question with "go to the portal”, doesn't pay rental income or provide monthly reports unless you bug him 10x a month? Or worse lets tenants stay in your property for free month after month and before you know it you are running a charity? There are a lot of bad property managers out there and both you and your investments deserve better. We proactively send detailed reports and rental income between the 28th and 3rd month after month. We communicate in good times and bad w/out prompting. Bottom line, even when everything is smooth sailing we communicate with our clients a minimum of 2 times a month. Not automated and generic emails but actual personal emails. We also communicate whenever it is necessary or whenever you have a question or concern. We send you your rental income w/o prompting every month along with a detailed report and a personal email providing any context that the report needs.

Fix that leak before it turns into a flood. From minor fixes to full blown tear down that house and build a new one as well as everything in between we have you covered. Our in-house team of renovation and maintenance specialists are so trustworthy they work on our own homes! We also have a network out 3rd party contractors that can handle some of the large things.
