Since 1999 we have assisted our clients in making educated decisions on all facets of real estate investing. We have bought, renovated, managed and sold well over 1,000 properties across the United States with a primary focus on SE Michigan and Detroit.

As a team of licensed & insured real estate brokers, builders, managers and more importantly, fellow investors, we bring many decades of combined experience and vast local and regional knowledge to support your investment goals.

With 80% of our client base located outside of the United States we built TWDG from the ground up to provide unparalleled communication, phots and video’s so you can see the full picture (no pun intended) — from your house, to the block, to the area.

Sources of property

Sure, we buy off the MLS like everyone else but what separates us from the pack is our connections with banks and off-market deals. We participate in several bank bulk lists, receive off-market deals monthly that are only marketed from broker to broker and have access to bank direct notes.

From budgets for the rehab (if needed) to inspections, projected financials, photos, video’s, examining exsisting leases, ledgers, rent rolls, maintenance records we have all sides covered.

Finally, had enough of your current property manager who doesn’t communicate or answers every question with «go to the portal»? How about the property manager who doesn’t pay you your rental income or provide monthly reports unless you bug him 10x a month?

Communication is key

Bottom line, even when everything is smooth sailing we communicate with our clients a minimum of 2 times a month. Not automated and generic emails but actual personal emails. We also communicate whenever it is necessary or whenever you have a question or concern. We send you your rental income w/o prompting every month along with a detailed report and a personal email providing any context that the report needs.

Yes, we, like everyone, have one but don’t worry you don’t have to use it if you don’t want too.

Maintenance is prevention

Fix that leak before it turns into a flood. From minor fixes to full blown tear down that house and build a new one as well as everything in between we have you covered. Our inhouse team of renovation and maintenance specialists are so trustworthy they work on our own homes! We also have a network out 3rd party contractors that can handle some of the large things.

City Requirements

No matter if it is the COO/COC/Lead Paint Clearance/Blight Clearance/Rental Registration full service means full service. Yes, we can assist you in obtaining all the proper city permits and meeting the city requirements.
